Nevertheless, in response to repeated request from many pilgrims, over a period of time, for the publication of materials that testify to the existence of the monastery, we have, by way of exception, given way to their love. Consequently, we humbly ask of everyone, and especially of His Grace Nektarios, the Right Reverend Metropolitan of Corfu and Paxoi, to whom the monastery is particularly grateful for his paternal protection, that they will pray for a seemly, whole-hearted response on the part of the community to the call of its Lord and God.
